When you search “cleansing colon” on the Internet, you will find a great amount of information on this subject. One question that keeps popping up is—is colon cleaning necessary? I’m going to go ahead and lay down the facts objectively and I will let you decide for yourself—I think that’s the best option for this debatable topic.
It is stated that without properly eliminating food waste from your body (which is about 2-3 times a day), colon cleansing is necessary. A good rule of thumb that has been set is: you should have the same amount of bowel movements as the meals you eat.
Most people don’t even know when to perform a cleaning. Colon care is performed by those only if they do not feel normal—however, how do we know what normal feels like? Our system is made up of eating processed, canned, and preservative-laden foods for years. Undertakers are now reporting that there is no need to do any embalming on the dead as we have eaten so many preservatives that it takes so much longer for our bodies to decompose.
We have 22 feet of small intestine, which leads to 5 feet of large intestine (the colon or bowel). Many of our colons are filled with impacted feces. You can see this from anyone who has a protruding abdomen; and a unclean colon may be the reason.
Have you ever heard of mucoid plaque? In normal amounts our body is able to clear this natural secretion in our intestines through pancreatic juices—but mucus-forming foods in our culture today has made this almost impossible. We have such a high percentage of this that our pancreas cannot get rid of all of it, which results in us having caked on plaque within our intestinal tract. The mother’s milk has been found in many adults’ intestines; this proves that we carry this matter around with us for many years as well as most of our lives if it is not properly cleansed.
Health issues can result from the poison being leaked out into our bloodstream, which then produces different illnesses in our body; especially if you consume dairy, fish, meat, sugar, processed foods, poultry, chocolate, caffeine, alcohol, or sodas. Even soy and grain products can produce this plaque.
Well—here are the facts. I will let you decide if a cleansing colon is the best option for you and your health.
