This product is the best fiber supplement on the market. It’s easy on the stomach and performs as consistent as Old Faithful. All other brands I’ve tried give me terrible abdominal cramps and produce inconsistent results. You can also find this product at a greater discount in straight powder form, but it is not very soluble and tastes atrocious. I would recommend starting with much lower doses than the manufacturer suggests (such as 2 caplets, twice daily) and then working your way up to the desired results. Super Colon Cleanse, in conjunction with acidophilus supplements, have turned my acid reflux and various digestive issues around.
I would like to like this product, it always seem to have really high reviews everywhere, and I can get it at trusty and cheap ol’ Trader Joes (grocery store). But unfortunately I cannot take it cause after 1-2 days I can’t keep anything solid in my body. It contains something called Senna which works as a natural laxative. The dosage is pretty high, 4 capsules 3 times a day. I have tried taking half of that and it was still too potent. I think I might try their regular colon cleanse product which only contains Psyllium powder.

I bought this item about 2 weeks ago and just started using it 1 week ago. I have yet to see any results. I did get a follow up email from Steve the Founder and told him that I was not seeing any results. He emailed me immediately apologizing for it and sent me free of charge another bottle. He instructed me to take it 3 times a day 30 minutes before each meal. I will start doing so. I will also keep Steve up to date on my progress. I definitely have more energy from taking this product which is a plus. If I don’t lose the weight it is OK because I have the energy I was hoping to gain from its use.
I purchased this product from another site three weeks ago and was apprehensive as to whether it would work or not. To make a long story short, the product is doing exactly what it was described to do. I am losing weight, 16 pounds so far, and my energy levels have gone way up. Years ago, I used to fast once a week and really take good care of myself. I fell off the wagon and started working and going out a lot and forgot that I really need to take care of myself. I decided to do a cleanse with the Garden of Life 10 day kit. It is suggested that after the cleanse that you maintain colon health with this fiber. I decided to take a chance and I love this fiber. I take this before I go to bed and in the morning I eat Fiber One cereal, (although the cereal has a sugar substitute that I am not crazy about), but these in combination make me feel like I am walking on air. You will lose weight and feel like a new person. I plan on continuing use and also using the Garden of Life cleanse twice a year. Get it!
This is one of the best fiber supplements on the market. Not only does it include both soluble and insoluble fiber, it also includes beneficial probiotic bacteria and on top of that tastes great. Each scoop of Super Seed contains 7g of fiber from whole foods like flax seed, chia seed and legumes. On top of that, since it’s a whole food fiber, it also adds nutrition to whatever you mix it with in the form of protein, vitamins, minerals and beneficial fats from the flax seeds(omega 3).
The best part about this is that it doesn’t contain Psyllium which is the ‘in’ fiber these days but a lot of people find that it’s too harsh on the stomach and can cause constipation easily if not taken with a lot of fluids. Super Seed is much gentler than your average fiber supplement and tastes great with anything. My favorite way to use it is to add half a scoop to Lifeway’s plain kefir. It tastes great and is very healthy for me too. As with any fiber supplement, make sure to drink 6-10 glasses of water a day.
